Join Our Team as an HR Generalist/Payroll Specialist!

Are you ready to take your HR career to the next level? We're looking for a dynamic individual to join our Human Resources team as an HR Generalist/Payroll Specialist. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to be at the heart of our organization, managing key HR functions with a focus on payroll processing, benefits administration, employee onboarding, and recruitment activities.

What You'll Do:

  • Process biweekly payroll accurately and in a timely manner for all employees.
  • Manage employee Time & Attendance data, reconcile discrepancies, and oversee time system approvals/releases.
  • Develop a proficient understanding of payroll software and HRIS to generate necessary reports.
  • Assist employees with online portal access and inquiries.
  • Conduct comprehensive benefits presentations during onboarding and address benefits-related queries.
  • Administer benefit enrollment, status changes, and ensure compliance with COBRA regulations.
  • Coordinate supplies for new hire orientations.
  • Collaborate with HR Manager to organize employee celebration events, career fairs, and community engagements.
  • Source candidates, screen resumes, conduct reference, BMV, credentialing, and background checks.
  • Maintain HR documentation and databases.
  • Contribute to the development of HR department goals and objectives.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
